LTM 2026-2027 SCheduling FOrm!

We are officially locking in schedules for 2026-2027 LTM musical school year. Spring semester ends June 30th and Fall semester begins July 5th. Please fill out your requested schedule as soon as possible, as spaces are first come first served (& ya’ll know we are growin’). LTM will be announcing open enrollment for fall to the public on June 1st! So don’t sleep on snagging your favorite seat. To ensure quick placement, please list ALL potential lesson options that could work for your family. We are so pumped for another magical year with you!

*Please note in-home placements may take longer as we try our best to build the best commutes for our teachers!

PERK: Since you are a currently enrolled LTM family we would love to offer you the opportunity to Secure your placement first — please register by May 15th. :)

*If you do not plan to continue beyond this semester (June 30th) you must send email to admin@littletreblemakersatl.com by June 1st to notify of your official Withdrawal.

Once this form is complete an Admin Team member (Abbie or Kasey) will be in touch to lock in your new schedule after May 18th with registration instructions to officially reserve your space!
