We’re a music education program in Atlanta, Georgia, offering both private and group lessons for kids, teens, and adults. Our approach is all about balancing fun with strong fundamentals—rooted in performance-based learning that makes music feel exciting and accessible.

Confidence through performance

We empower young musicians by giving them real opportunities to shine on stage and build self-assurance.

Hands-on creativity

From music video production to studio recording, students get to explore the exciting world behind the music.

A community of music makers

The world needs musicians, and we’re here to inspire the next generation — while making sure fun is at the heart of it all! 🎶

Beyond the instrument

We open doors to sound engineering, music production, video, and set design, helping students discover new passions and skills.

The overarching mission of LTM is to show children all of the creative jobs that are available to them in both the music and film world. From audio engineering, producing, songwriting, performing, acting, prop building, set decoration, art direction, director, producer, camera operator, lighting design the list keeps going on. We want to show that you can live a creative and artful life, and make a living doing so.

Founder & Creative Director

Hi! I’m Sydney Ward. I’m so glad you’re here!

I started Little Treblemakers with the hope of making a new kind of music school. I was tired of the stiff and stuffy approach to music lessons that seemed all too common in my youth. I knew there had to be another way!

I combined my joy for performing as a touring and recording artist with my passion for working with children and background in Montessori education to create a truly unique music school for the Atlanta community.

The most rewarding aspect of building LTM has been our relationships with the kids and parents – who ultimately help shape what this program is as we grow. We hope to make core memories for our community that support their goals and give confidence in whatever they decide to take on as they grow into young adults.

When I’m not busy planning and scheming at LTM you can find me playing music in my project Sleeper’s Club or performing with my friends in Bathe Alone.
